How OCTADIA works
OCTADIA is a self-custody dapp on Robinhood Chain. This page explains the moving parts in plain language so you can decide before you mint.
Deeds
Each of the 512 deeds is an ERC-721 token on Robinhood Chain. You mint the exact node ID you selected — no random drops, no re-rolls. Ownership is settled by the standard, transferable, self-custody token.
Routes
The world has eight routes. Each contains 64 nodes arranged as eight segments of eight. Route metadata (name, theme, color) is fixed. Route parameters (mint price, reward asset, rate) are set by the owner onchain and can change over time.
Finite reserves
A route's reward pool is a pre-funded ERC-20 balance held by the contract. Accrual is capped by the tracked reserve. When a reserve empties, that route stops accruing — never displayed as debt or fabricated APY.
Claims
Claims are pull-based. You batch a small array of your own node IDs and the contract sends the accrued reward tokens to your wallet, protected by re-entrancy guards.
Transfers
When you transfer a deed, the contract settles your accrued rewards for that route into an owner credit you can withdraw later. The buyer starts earning from the current checkpoint — never from history.
Testnet vs. mainnet
OCTADIA runs on Robinhood Chain testnet (chain ID 46630) by default. Mainnet (chain ID 4663) writes stay disabled unless VITE_MAINNET_TRANSACTIONS_ENABLED is explicitly true and the contract has been independently audited.
Risk and disclosures
The contract is unaudited. Reward tokens may include tokenised debt securities ("Stock Tokens") — economic exposure, not direct share ownership. Availability is jurisdiction-dependent. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Robinhood Markets.
